We have used rails for sale. Below is the soft offer. We want to express that used rails sell out very fast. I hope you can act quickly if you are interested.

* PRODUCT: R50/R65 USED RAILS
* ORIGIN: North Africa, South America, Europe, or Russia as requested, Non NHI
* PORT VISIT: Allowed after the contract is signed and the L/C is opened, Must be requested on ICPO/LOI.
* DESTINATION PORT: CIF ASWP, One Safe Port and Berth
* PAYMENT TERMS: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, and Revolving L/C covering 3 months. Bank must be Top 25
* INSPECTION: SGS or CCIC Certified at the Sellers cost
* AQSIQ: Number will be provided with shipping documents if shipment to China
* MINIMUM QUANTITY: 30,000 MT on Yearly Contract, NO SPOT Available

To proceed we require;
1 - Buyer sends exclusive LOI or ICPO on company letterhead signed with his BCL + NCNDA Trade References.
2 - Seller sends Draft contract to Buyer
3 - Buyer Signs, Seals, and returns Contract. Seller Signs, Seals, and returns
4 - Buyers Bank issues Pre-advise swift MT760 to Sellers Bank
5 - Seller opens a Non-Op 2 % Performance Bond.
6 - Buyer opens an Operative L/C
7 - PB is made operable.
8 - Port of Loading Visit is permitted if requested.
9 - Shipment commences no later than 30 - 45 days

Please note Terms are not negotiable. All issues should be addressed through the LOI or ICPO. We look forward to doing business with REAL Buyers.
